The point I was eager to make in the original post was that there is a solid business case for using interims in any company faced with gaps in skill set and resources, but hesitant to take on full time employees.]]></description>

It&#039;s something that senior managers in currently re-structuring organisations find difficult to do because they have a vested interest in the outcomes. Executive Interims are there to deliver and move on with a &quot;successful&quot; recommendation on their CV.]]></description>
